Sumner County Storm Cleanup Information

Countless trees were downed in Friday's storms leaving homeowners with lots of cleanup this week.  Though, city public works departments will not help with cleanup within your yard, most will collect debris piles that are placed by the road.  If you need assistance with cleanup in your yard, we recommend you contact a local tree service or your local church to request help.  We've compiled some additional details and links, by city, to help you figure out what to do with debris:

Gallatin - Go to https://www.gallatintn.gov/397/Garbage-Recycling-Brush-Collection

Goodlettsville - You can take tree limbs to the City's Convenience Center located at 218 Connell St., and open Wednesdays 11am-4pm and Saturdays 8am-3pm.  If you are within the corporate city limits, you may also pile limbs by the road and call 615-851-220 to request pickup.

Hendersonville - All major roads are clear as of Monday, March 6. NES is still working on a few side roads that may be blocked.  For collection information, go to  https://www.hvilletn.org/departments/public-works/residential-trash-information/limb-brush-collection.
